sama sama

hello people! i wrote the following on 15 nov but actually didn't post it & saved as draft & only logged on today 22 nov to check. ha!

"same same in Malay la.

since the 'gahmen' is so pro-elderly now, i, being the obedient loyal subject will follow wat the big brother is doing. so u see the font seize is bigger.

well, my dearest tummy continues with its growling business and generating juices. so be it, one more to go! don't think too much, everyone says.

and it's true i think too much.

but hah, easy to say. yours truly dearest me continue to be indecisive daily (much like the weather in exerter) - for eg. :

can't decide what to eat b'cos i don't feel hungry but mum is goin crazy thinkin of what to cook. so i try to 'siam' her whenever i feel that she is goin to pop THE question: what u wan to eat hah? aiyoh, hdb 3-room flat, run where?! OR

can't decide whether i am eatin too little or too much, should i eat another spoonful? or is it too much for the tummy to digest? i

and i have become a woman of few words. can u imagine ms low being gentle & quiet?!"

well, i am still very stingy with conversation conserving energy for my last chemo.

today i want to share with you the pic of my nephew who is walking on his own now!

looking forward to running along with him.

wah! so many friends are going to be in s'pore this dec!

Hi Kah Wei,

I know saying it and going through it are two different things, yet we all want to say "well done, keep it up!"

May be I was wrong when I wrote that you "sound" better, now I know that you still need to conserve energy. Yes, speak less, write more, try to eat more and rest well.

Take care, love from Beijing.

Dajie, you've been talking soooo much for 40 years, now your body is telling you it needs a little break, so might as well enjoy it! But just a little break can already, we miss that sharp spicy chilli padi voice...

Do you know that TNS is auditioning for Emily Gan? They're looking for someone who looks like a teenager/in her 20s. I still remember that play very fondly... Too bad you're temporarily out of action, or else who can ever replace the original Emily Gan?!! They also never ask me to play Emily, I think they scared I too busy. Hmm!

Love love and hug hug!!

Heyin - hello hello!!!

Hey! How's it going in the sunny climes of Singapore? I did the 'Reclaim the Night' march and rally last night with a thousand other women shouting for safer streets for women and 'Sexual Violence Has Got To Go' chants. How I love London! I think that you would have enjoyed it too, if you didn't find it all a bit too feminist-ic! Anyway, I'm doing the Vagina Monologues next year in uni. We're holding auditions next week! It'll be fun! Wait till the feminists in the Women's Society (which I've joined!) find out that I'm not so much a feminist as I am a female-lover! Hahahah! What's this about Emily Gan? That sounds vaguely familiar but I don't know why.
